Online Access to Your Patients' Imaging & Results
Insight Diagnostic Imaging is pleased to offer our referring physicians secure online access to your patients' imaging records. To set up your access, you need to have referred a patient and provided your billing number so that we will be able to find you in our referral system. Once enrolled, you will have online access to your patient reports at your convenience.​
How to Sign Up
If you are a referring health provider and wish to access your patient reports through our PACS system, please complete the form below, and we will send you a username and password within 24 to 48 hours.*

*Please note that we cannot create a login until you have referred at least one patient.
